Do I get a quote before the work starts?
Yes. We diagnose first, then give a written quote. Work only begins once you have approved it — no surprise invoices.
Can I bring my own parts?
Yes, we do repairs with customer-supplied parts. In that case our warranty covers the labour; the part is covered by whoever sold it.
